The timeline of events in the setting of AGD is archaic. Sadly, scribes and historians are a rare bunch, and historical information is, somewhat commonly, presumed. There is a lot of unreliability to galactic history, and many, perhaps all, events written in this timeline, should be taken with a grain of salt. Know only what you see yourself may be true. And even then, expect the unexpected.
The course of history is divided between two points; "Before Bedras Arrival" (BBA), and "After Bedras Arrival" (ABA). This marks the very beginning point of the rise of Humanity and is a significant turning point between the dying age of Klemorian rule and Human domination that is known today. There are also several distinct "eras", which are separated accordingly on this page, though they are not officially recognized by the Galactic Senate nor most galactic powers.
Pre-Klemoria (5000+ BBA)[]
While "pre-history" is not entirely an apt name for this era, it is without a doubt that the information of this time is so incredibly sparse that it could be easily known as such.
- The ruins discovered by The Metallus on worlds such as Y'Qaa and K'n-Yan points to evidence of a civilization known merely as the Yithians, who were highly ritualistic and believed in metaphysical beings that could be placated into acknowledging the existence of the galaxy, specifically the Yithian believers and worshippers, to transcend their plane of existence by proxy of the "permission" of another being, should they take to care enough about its summoners.
- According to ancient Surturian glyphs and legend, a being known as the Ashen King conquered his planet while it was still in a middle ages era, which led to stagnancy. He was later visited by a being recorded as the "Black Serpent" that cut him and gave him the ability to weave flame, to which he derived his name. It is hypothesized this is the first experimentation and use of Exus with an organic being.
- While little information is shared by the empire, the Beraltian Conclave existed well through this era, having been formed or founded even before. This information is a very closely-guarded secret and it's highly likely that even modern Beraltian scientists and scholars have been dismissive of any information of this era due to its age and potential to being fabricated to some capacity.
- Judging by Bedran xenoarchaeology studies on multiple worlds, the Enmerkar existed as a space-faring species millennia before the rise of the Klemorians. Given what is known of Enmerkar generational hierarchy, it is hypothesized that an "Enmerkar Empress" existed during this time and birthed the many Queens that would last until the eradication of the species in the final years of the Kith Freehold.
- It is believed that at least two of the five known Chronophages originated in the distant past. The oldest known time-wraith, the "Crone of Storr," is believed to have been created between 700,000 and 1.2 million years ago.
The Klemorian Era (5000 - 3634 BBA)[]
This era was the rise of Klemorian civilization and domination, mainly the Klemorian Wars, that gave this era its name.
- 5000 - 4500 BBA - The rise of the original Klemorian Empire, specific information about this era and the rise of Klemorians in particular is largely unknown, but their incredible genetic feats no doubt allowed them to dominate all but the most sophisticated, or equally powerful species around them. Once the Klemorians became starbound around this time, their expansion with incredibly aggressive and efficient.
- 4400-4300 BBA - While the specific date isn't known, it is likely around this time that the Rogrinian Empire became spacefaring at this time, with an extreme technological boom due to artifacts discovered and speculated to be from a great benefactor known simply as "The Maker" in Rogrinian legend.
- 4353 BBA - The official start of the Klemorian Wars; the Klemorians began their assault on any and all civilizations they encountered as far Boreal as the Rogrinians and as far Occident as the ancient Surturians. Klemorians expended aggressively, and their liberal use of orbital destruction and domination left entire regions of space practically empty, and assuredly uninhabitable for any future empires to rise ever again in that space.
- 4400 BBA - The legendary "Palatine Lord" is said to have formed the first empire on the Kith homeworld of Ur-Nammu. The mythical god-king allegedly ruled for 400 years before willfully choosing to die and allow his spirit access to the afterlife. The Palatine Lord prophesied on his death bed that he would return in the hour of the Kith's greatest desperation. This period roughly corresponds with the beginning of the Kith Bronze Age.
- 3788 BBA - The Klemorian Wars had expanded Boreal enough to encounter Rogrinian territory. As per Klemorian tradition up until this point, war was unavoidable, and the Klemorians invaded and attacked the Rogrinian people.
- 3705 BBA - Around this year, the Klemorians had discovered the 'Horned Men' that would constitute the original Surturian people. Being a, technically, primitive society, the Klemorians chose to match these mighty giants in personal combat rather than destroy them from space like the usual Klemorian conflict. A small battlegroup combated these Horned Men, as the bulk of Klemorian forces were active in the Rogrinian campaign instead. However, mysterious sorceries and amazing ingenuity, as well as sheer luck, saw these precursor Surturians fight off the Klemorians from their planet and use Klemorian ships to establish naval supremacy in orbit. Klemorian forces in the region chose not to engage further out of a lack of interest and severe lack of resources due to the souring Rogrinian campaign.
- 3690 BBA - The Klemorians fighting the Rogrinians had been finally pushed out of Rogrinian territory. Although they were effectively pushed out, the last few Klemorian ships in orbit of Rogrinian planets chose to chemically bomb Rogrinian worlds and embrace death out of sheer spite. The mutations that occurred left Rogrinian physiology tattered, and to survive anywhere outside of their now toxic home territories and atmospheres, Rogrinians had to begin wearing Envirosuits. The Rogrinians would live in stagnation and misery for millennia.
- 3691 BBA - Klemorian campaigns to the Austrum-Occident of Rogrinian territory were largely abandoned due to Klemorian battlegroups being cutoff from Rogrinian counter-attacks. To the Boreal, Klemorian fleets were completely wiped out within moments by Beraltian scouting parties, which caused any remaining Klemorians to abort their campaigns, leaving the least-ruined worlds of Klemorian expansion to sift through their destruction.
- 3634 BBA - The official end of the Klemorian Wars. Countless planets and systems were left in smoldering ruins, marked uninhabitable across much of "Eastern" space, with Klemorian territory only spanning so far "North" and "West" before they began simply destroying systems for the sake of it. The Klemorian Wars would remain known infamously as the setting of the stage of future galactic politics, expansion and conduct. The aftermath of Klemorian orbital destruction left an incredibly poor taste for any type of orbital destruction or bombardment, which in the future would be reserved for absolute last-ditch efforts, and even then hesitantly so. The annihilation of planets and systems became known as barbaric practices solely for spite or raw desperation for the most ruthless, uncaring admirals.
- The defeat of a small Klemorian battlegroup in Surturian space allowed the Horned Men to contact neighboring civilizations unaffected by Klemorian expansion and formed the basis of Surturian culture and society, beginning the formation of their empire.
The Age of Misery (3634 BBA - 0)[]
The aftermath of the Klemorian Wars left the galaxy in a very wounded, ruined state. Even the Rogrinians and Surturians, the sole survivors of Klemorian assault, were left in a fairly wounded state, if one that would give way to their prosperity later. Rogrinian Envirosuits would become a necessary evolution "trait" that would broaden the spectrum of planets and systems they could colonize, and Surturian society may well not have existed if not for the skirmish against the Horned Men that preceded their people. This era is also mainly known for the rise of new civilizations that managed to avoid annihilation (usually between the point of Klemorian expansion VS outright destruction) which would later shape, or be responsible for, major Human societies and empires.
- Post-War Klemoria, while in one of its lows, is far from outright ruin. Klemorian civilization still continues to prosper and their borders extend as far North and West to the point of reaching the "equators" of the galaxy, if still bending around the outer edge of the galaxy rather than be near the galactic core.
- 2000 BBA (approx.) - Estimated date of the Bodark creation myth, in which the Spirit of Battle, Khaloson, delivered to one of the four tribes of Tharsis a boy named Bodark, and his sister, Sonka. Bodark was prophesized to unite the tribes of Tharsis, and his Sister to bless the stars beyond with her wisdom and grace, bringing everlasting peace. Bodark challenged the Sun god, Kianor, to a duel to prove his strength to the people of Tharsis, in which if Bodark won, Sonka could take a place in the stars to enchant the planet with her wisdom, else Bodark would have to sacrifice her. A duel that lasted hours ended in the defeat of Kianor and Bodark mortally wounded, to save her brother, Sonka made a deal with Kianor's wife, the sun goddess Lokuri, to become a moon instead of a star. The deal was made, and Sonka took her place in the sky, while Bodark united the tribes, had many children, and overnight the original Bodark society was formed that would later take to space as a varied, yet fractured, human subculture. Modern, secular Bodark society writes this tale off as an ancient creation myth. It is inferred perhaps that Bodark was an Invitee to explain the mysterious origin of the Bodark people as a Human species with no ties to the other Human species.
- 560 BBA - The precursor to Norland culture and civilization forms around this time.
- 500 BBA - The pre-Bedran Kith found the Freehold with the inauguration of their first interstellar colony.
- 90 BBA - The Kith unknowingly enrage the Enmerkar and provoke a war of extermination that sees most of the Freehold collapse.
Dawn of Humanity (0 - 1124 ABA)[]
As the name of this era suggests, this is the very beginning of the main Human empires known in modern times, and their expansion and supremacy over the remaining Klemorian Empire that had remained stagnant for some time.
- 0 - Marcus Bedragare is the first human to be Invited into the galaxy. Appearing in the Freehold. Marcus renames himself "Bedras" and assists the Kith in their war for survival.
- 5 ABA - Emperor A222 is invited into the galaxy, alongside the entire ship he had been on previously, the Harmon, and its personnel and security detail. They awoke on an unrecognized planet that would later become Nova Prime, their ship in ruins, and with their memories practically wiped clean. Merely their identification numbers, instincts and shadows of their personalities remained. They salvaged what they could and adapted to the situation extraordinarily well. A222, and others like him, were immediately distinguishable from the rest of the crew as being larger, stronger, and faster, clearly having been genetically augmented before they had been transported into this new reality.
- 6 ABA - The remnants of the Harmon had created a settlement from the salvage of their wrecked ship, A222 and those super soldiers like him became military and expedition leaders. During their travels, A222 and his fellow super soldiers discovered sources of Exus energy in caves deep beneath Nova Prime, that further altered their genetic makeup. A222 and members of his expedition emerged with extreme superhuman capabilities and powers beyond what they already had, being capable of telekinesis, precognition, mental manipulation and more. The entire surviving crew of the Harmon were encouraged to make this expedition for the betterment of their settlement, and all did so. A222 forged a blade he used from then on powered by an Exus crystal that became known as the Blade of A222.
- 8 ABA - Moorland the Mighty, otherwise known as Moorland the Mad, was Invited into the galaxy. According to Norland historians, however, Invitation is nonsense, and instead Moorland, and Norland humans, had always existed as they do to this day since the founding of their early society in around 560 BBA.
- 120 ABA - Bedras had changed the fortunes of the Kith, turning the war against the Enmerkar into a rout. Against his wishes, the last surviving Enmerkar are exterminated on Secunda by the vengeful Kith. The Kith are humbled by Bedras and rename themselves the Bedran to honor him.

- 284 ABA - The rise of the Stanislavian Family to consolidate their power occurs, creating a czardom known as the Stanislavian Empire, which they rule over with decadence for centuries.
- 316 ABA - Norland expansion drives them against Klemorian territory, of which had remained stagnant for some time. War breaks out quickly. While the Klemorians as beings are great fighters, they are severely outgunned and outnumbered by the Norlanders, who use superior naval tactics to cut through Klemorian territory.
- 319 ABA - A222 and his comrades, highly powerful with Exus abilities, finally manage to leave Nova Prime with ships constructed by his people, emerging in the middle of Northern Klemorian territory. A222's superhuman infantry are able to outwit and outpace the bulkier Klemorians, who are outnumbered by A222's "Alpha Humans". This begins a sort of rebellion and expansion of A222's people in the middle of Klemorian territory, which they easily wipe through and recolonize with their own people who populate the worlds infinitely faster than Klemorians ever could.
- 414 ABA - Bedran explorers discover a colossal being known as the World Eater, which awakens and devours Bedras. Inside the beast, Bedras survives and begins negotiation.

Around this time, both stop their expansion, as the Caroleans become their own handful to the Norlanders, and the A222 successfully gathered the territory they originally wished for. The A222 Empire, as a faction, is officially founded with this victory over the Klemorians, now a shadow of their former selves.
- 700 ABA - A radical Bedran cult clones the Palatine Lord. The clone possesses no supernatural abilities and no memories from after Palatine Bedras' arrival in the galaxy. The surviving members of the Stanislavian family that ruled over this empire retreats in exile out of threat of death, traveling far.
- 840 ABA - The Stanislavian family find a group of fledgling colonies and fringe territories in the far Boreal-Occident of space. The family influences these various factions into consolidating under their oversight for mutual gain and prosperity, forming the New Stanislavian Empire.

The Lords' Wars (1124 - 1643)[]
This era is known as one of the most destructive events in the galaxy since the Klemorian Wars, especially between humans, due to the wars and constant power struggles that would ensue.
- 1124 ABA - The A222 Empire and the Bedran Empire make first contact. Peaceful negotiations ensue, and the two empires form an alliance. Humans begin to settle in Bedran space and breed with the Kith Bedran, producing hybrid children. The Unification Era (1643 - 2786)[]
One of the more peaceful eras of the galaxy, the Unification Era sees the beginnings of many modern galactic powers, negotiations, and consolidations of states and resources than any other era.
- 1643 ABA - The A222 Empire and the Bedran Empire form the Systems Senate as a legislative body for galactic politics. - 2787 ABA - The Rogrinian Empire begins suggesting military advancement and mobilization for the beginning of an expansionist conquest, which becomes a very mixed and difficult subject on the minds of Rogrinians everywhere. Fearing their Empire will descend into the depravity of the Klemorians they loathe, many Rogrinians against this motion form the Rogrinian Union as a secessionist movement against the Rogrinian Empire, and a small-scale civil war begins that would soon escalate dramatically.
- 2788 ABA - The Metallus, during their more passive growth, ends their expansion after claiming Feules, Frantes, Cyanium, Exeo, Savas and Lightres, and began building their territory there.
- 2789 ABA - Metallus Primulus dies of natural causes, M3T3L takes his place. Later, the leader of the Phantomlords subsequently dies of natural causes. The Phantomlords, rather than being allowed to elect a new leader, are forcibly merged into The Metallus, causing unrest of the leadership at M3T3L’s hands. Tensions between M3T3L and his Machenoses between the organic Metallus members are at an all-time high.
- 2790 ABA - The Metallus’ political affairs come to a head; Threats to revolt against leadership forces M3T3L’s hand as a civil war errupts between the Machenoses and organic Metallus troops. Tutelan Agent Prosus leads a rebellion against the machine, as well as a strike force to infiltrate the robot’s throne room. Prosus successfully assassinates the robot and usurps the throne as 'Metallus Tertium'. By Prosus’ demand, all Machenoses product lines are shut down, many Machenoses are scrapped and the ones left active undergo reactivation, removing much of their complex algorithms and leaving them as simple machines capable only of simple tasks when directed.
- 2794 ABA - The Metallus discovers and claims the planets Y’Qaa and K’n-Yan, discovering remnants of the Yithians. Hungry for answers, archeological teams are sent to explore the planets and deep-space expositionaries are prepared to search for more similar planets.
- 2799 ABA - The Metallus, through records found on Y’Qaa and K’n-Yan, travel to and claim Ngha, Ehye, Trabas and Shugnah, all former Yithian planets.
- 2801 ABA - The Rogrinian Union successfully takes several major systems from Imperial influence and successfully assassinate the former Rogrinian Emperor, Hidar-Bwl, and two high ranking military generals in the Empire, effectively turning the favor of the civil war to the Union. The height of the civil war is reached, escalating to a full scale.
- 2804 ABA - An invasive lithoid species on the isolated planet of Dalorav becomes a potential hazard to the system, and a small Bedran detachment, including a squad of Spectres, is sent to deal with the issue. Intercepted by a surprise attack by Sentinels, the Bedran forces are crushed, the sole surviving Spectre works to regroup the surviving soldiers to combat the Sentinels attacking them, and eliminate the Lithoid threat on Dalorav.
- 2809 ABA - The Metallus and Klemorian Empire get into a series of Skirmishes. During negotiations, Prosus and Vax'Rem are impressed with one another's intelligences and indulge in one another's cultures, leading into an unexpected mutual respect between the two factions. This would lead to an alliance in time.
- 2810 ABA
- In interdimensional force known as Inferno begins efforts to invade and corrupt the galaxy. Through the unity of many major factions, even ones that had formerly sat out galactic conflict, alongside the efforts of Moorland the Mighty and Emperor A222, saw the forces of Inferno thrown back into the abyss they crawled from. The damage, however, is catastrophic.
- Assault on Forwardbases Rubrum Alpha and Beta - First occurrences of Inferno assault and corruption on these two forwardbases on the edge of "Southern" space. Rubrum Alpha was left in ruins, and Beta completely subsumed into Inferno. Nearly all personnel were lost. However, a few, perhaps even a single, soldier was able to repel many of these forces from the bases.
- First Assault on Inferno - A small detatchment of soldiers, or perhaps even one soldier, was able to penetrate Inferno after being subsumed with Rubrum Beta, and cause significant damage.
- Skirmishes in the Gateway to Angenvine - On the Norland world of Angenvine, initial Inferno gateways were counter-invaded and significant damage was caused on the other side. Complete victory by Norland forces and any allies present for the battle.
- The Immersion - A lone soldier who was present for the Angenvine skirmishes was personally transported into Inferno, and managed to fight his way back out by some miracle of bravery.
- The Battle of Angenvine & The Counterattack on Inferno - Further fighting on Angenvine culminated on a planet-wide evacuation of all non-military personnel. The planet was nearly completely taken over by Demonic forces in this primary battle, though the presence of Moorland the Mighty assisted soldiers to retaliate and a massive battle transpired in Inferno itself where one of the "Gatekeepers" was killed and the battle won.
- Serzyn Sweep & Clear Operation - On Serzyn, a Bedran special forces unit was wiped down to the last man, though the operation was still a success as a high value target was eliminated.
- Corruption of the Mind Vault - A stealthy invasion operation by Inferno forces managed to penetrate Beraltian defenses on their world of the Mind Vault. Heavy corruption ensued, though the Mind Vault was recaptured before long.
- Invasion of Batterium - An experiment by The Metallus attempted to synergize with Inferno's portal energy. The experiment backfired heavily, and their world of Batterium was besieged. Metallus forces were able to counterattack and kill a Gatekeeper.
- 2813 ABA - An extragalactic cybernetic military force, the Worr Machine, assaults the "Eastern" side of the galaxy, devastating the Galactic Senate's primary senate planet, Nexus, causing untold damage.
- 2822 ABA - The Great Metallus Wars begin, in which The Metallus, the Klemorian Empire and the Confederation of Surtur unite to wreak havoc on their neighboring factions and reap the rewards of such conquest.
- 2825 ABA - A post-Metallus organization known as the Servants of the Great Ones arises in the former Yithian worlds the Metallus controlled. The Galactic Senate uses a now-independent Tutelan Order as a threat response to shut down any occult activity in the region.
- 2826 ABA - A rogue planet, Nelegat, becomes the home of significant political turmoil due to a lack of a galactic stance on the appropriate holdings and sanctions on rogue planets as 'territory'. A tense situation arises between the A222 Empire, Bedran Marches and Cicconian Republic vie for its control without resorting to outright war or skirmishes.
