Ur-Nammu (known simply as Nammu in ancient times) is the homeworld of the Kith species and traditionally held as the natal world of the Bedran Marches. Once a jewel of a garden world, Nammu was destroyed by the Enmerkar thousands of years ago. The planet has since been partially terraformed by the Bedran. The planet is once again inhabitable, but most of its surface is a parched and irradiated wasteland. Aside from outlaws and Kith nomads, most of the planet's inhabitants are clustered around the holy city of Tjenu. Ur-Nammu is the third planet in the Nammu system and shares the system with Bedras, the Bedran capital world and fourth planet.
